Tour caption templates: blue cruise, Cappadocia and culture tour examples
A good tour caption answers four questions before the reader asks them: where, how long, what's included and how do I book? Using the same structure in every post speeds up writing and gives your account a consistent voice.
A five-part structure
- Opening line: the tour's strongest moment, in one sentence. This is what shows first in the feed.
- Key facts: tour name, duration, departure point.
- Inclusions: accommodation, transport, meals, guiding; a short list.
- Dates and price: upcoming dates and the starting price with its condition.
- One call to action: "message us on WhatsApp" or "link in bio"; not both.
[Tour name] · [duration] · from [departure point]
Included: [accommodation], [transport], [meals], [guiding]
Dates: [date 1], [date 2]

Hashtags and emoji
- Use a few relevant hashtags: region, tour type and your company tag (3–5 tags).
- Use emoji for emphasis; two or three per caption at most.
- Add a location tag to every post; travellers search by place.
What to avoid
- Captions without a price, and "DM for price"
- Three different calls to action in one post: "DM us, call us, visit the site"
- One long block of text with no paragraphs
- Unprovable claims: "cheapest", "best"
