Terms of Service
These terms apply to rotakomdijital.com and to the Rotakom Dijital TikTok connection (rotakomdijital.com/tiktok), provided by Rotakom Dijital, İstanbul, Türkiye (bilgi@rotakomdijital.com). By connecting a TikTok account you accept them.
1. The service
Rotakom Dijital prepares social media content for travel agencies. The TikTok connection lets an agency send a video we prepared to its own TikTok account as a draft, so the agency can review, edit and post it in the TikTok app.
2. Your account
- Connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You decide what is published. Drafts are never posted without you finishing them in TikTok.
- You can disconnect at any time on the TikTok connection page or in TikTok's app permission settings.
3. Content rules
Content sent through the service must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and must not infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for content you publish on your account.
4. Availability
We provide the service as is. It depends on TikTok's API and may change or stop if TikTok changes its services. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
5. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; İstanbul courts are competent.
