Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Rotakom Dijital ("we") handles personal data on rotakomdijital.com, including the Rotakom Dijital TikTok connection at rotakomdijital.com/tiktok. Rotakom Dijital is a social media service for travel agencies based in İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: bilgi@rotakomdijital.com.
1. What the TikTok connection does
Travel agencies that work with us can connect their own TikTok account. With the account owner's permission we send a video prepared for them to their TikTok account as a draft. The account owner reviews, edits and publishes it in the TikTok app. We never publish content on a TikTok account directly.
2. Data we receive from TikTok
- user.info.basic (Login Kit): your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar. We use them only to show which account is connected.
- video.upload (Content Posting API): permission to upload a video to your TikTok inbox as a draft.
- An access token issued by TikTok after you approve the connection.
We do not request or receive your TikTok password, followers, messages, videos or analytics.
3. How we store and protect it
We do not keep TikTok data in a database. The access token is kept only in an encrypted, HttpOnly, secure cookie in your own browser and expires after at most one hour or when you click Disconnect. The video file we upload is provided by us or by you for that purpose; we do not keep copies of your TikTok content.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share TikTok data with anyone. Data is exchanged only between your browser, our website (hosted on Cloudflare, Inc.) and TikTok's official API.
5. Your choices and data deletion
- Click Disconnect on the TikTok connection page: the cookie is deleted and the access token is revoked at TikTok.
- You can also remove the app any time in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
- To ask what data we hold or to request deletion, write to bilgi@rotakomdijital.com. We answer within 30 days.
6. Other data on this website
Information sent through the contact forms on rotakomdijital.com is described in our Turkish privacy notice (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni). The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
